This project involves designing and constructing a modern workshop, music studio, and studio spaces within a historic listed building located in the heart of Elephant and Castle, London. The project is being developed in collaboration with Palace Skatepark and Nike, combining creativity, culture, and athleticism. The aim is to create an innovative, multifunctional space that respects the building's historic significance while catering to modern needs for skateboarding, music production, and creative workshops.
